A presentation by Oliver Smith and Patsy Dell
Oliver Smith is Director of 5th Studio, the architects for the New Court project. 5th Studio are architects and urban designers with a speciality in the sustainable retrofit of existing buildings.
5th Studio have offices in London, Cambridge and, shortly, Oxford.
Patsy Dell was Head of Planning at Cambridge City Council and led the City’s input into the development of the New Court proposals. Patsy is now Head of Planning & Regulatory Services at Oxford City Council.
