Net Zero Carbon Case Studies
The scheme will be available for capital energy efficiency and heat decarbonisation projects within public sector non-domestic buildings, and will deliver the following objectives:
• Deliver stimulus to the energy efficiency and heat decarbonisation sectors, supporting jobs.
• Deliver significant carbon savings within the public sector.
The scheme allows public sector bodies to apply for a grant to finance up to 100% of the costs of capital energy-saving projects that meet the scheme criteria.
LCMB have provided support to organisations and have submitted their PSDS applications which have led to successful multi-million grant funding. This provided the opportunity to oversee a range of exciting energy projects and see a significant decrease in carbon emissions.
We identified how their heating systems, and estate, could be decarbonised and obtained grant funding to support this change.
