LCMB are pleased to announce that we have reached the standard required to be awarded the latest quality management system accreditation.
The ISO 9001 2015 standard presents some significant changes in approach compared to the prior 2008 version. However, the exercise of demonstrating these new requirements was a relatively smooth exercise, as many working practices were already in place.
LCMB have been accredited to the ISO 9001 quality management system since 2012. This has helped formalise the way we work internally, with our clients and our wider stakeholders to the benefit of all. Operating the system has proven to save time and cost, improve efficiency and ultimately improve customer relationships. However, achieving the ISO 9001 2015 requirements is not the end of the journey for us as we continue to learn and make improvements, after all its not a bolt on but a core part of our business.
