Building Performance Insights

Now that summer is behind us we’re turning our thoughts to plans for 2022.

September is shaping up to be an exciting month for LCMB. We strongly believe that the office is not dead and have purchased a new building which will be home to our team in Banbury, North Oxfordshire.

Over the coming months, we’ll share our journey and the steps we take to create the best, most productive, working environment for our team. Your chance to see behind the scenes as we put our Thrive workplace performance service into practice. We’ll update you next month on our progress.

2021 is shaping up to be the year of Net Zero, with the Government’s PSDS grant investment of £1 billion, COP 26 in Glasgow in November and many public and private sector organisations making significant investment in their Net Zero carbon journeys.

Our September webinar dealt with the issue of how Net Zero carbon is changing organisations and where to start. We were delighted to be joined by Alison Foster, Redevelopment Director at Royal Berkshire NHS FT, and Kevin Boniface, Senior Energy Engineer at Bouygues Energy and Services, who shared their insights and recent experiences. If you missed it, you can watch on catch up now

In October we’re turning our attention to the future, looking at top trends that will impact your workplaces, buildings and estates in 2022. Join us at 11am on Thursday 28th October to hear more about what to prepare for, how to get ahead of the curve and ways to make your real estate work harder in 2022.

Megatrends

Megatrends that will impact your workplace, buildings and estates in 2022.

Looking back on 2021 and 2020 who could have predicted COVID-19 and the impact it would have on all our lives.

Perhaps I’m setting myself up for failure in predicting what will happen over the coming year. However, we can already see several megatrends playing out which are likely to impact the way our workplaces, buildings and estates will need to adapt and change in 2022. Find out more in our monthly blog:

Case Studies

LCMB's accelerated ROI audit

Too many organisations spend large sums of money on the wrong initiatives that generate a poor return or even a loss.

This is why we created the LCMB accelerated ROI audit. It cuts through the noise and quickly, clearly identifies the untapped performance improvement areas within your buildings.

The audit uncovers operational inefficiencies such as under-utilised space and facilities, as well as cost and energy reduction opportunities, and then provides a clear plan for realising potential.

By implementing the plan, we guarantee the audit pays for itself within 6 months and thereafter generates a positive return.

Contact John O’Brien on 01295 576 000  [email protected] to discuss how the LCMB accelerated ROI audit can improve your organisation performance and return on investment.
