Wow, it has really been 15 years?!
I really am delighted to be celebrating LCMB’s 15th year. It’s hard to believe it’s been so long.
Although so much in the world has changed since 2009, in many ways 2024 is very similar: technology is still playing a pivotal role in basically everything we do, businesses are facing the challenge of needing to operate efficiently to survive, and finding a sustainable way of working and living has very much moved to the top of the agenda.
For me, today feels just as exciting as it did then.
When I made the decision to set up LCMB, I felt excited. Excited about new beginnings, but more excited about the difference I knew I could make for customers – about finding new and better ways of doing things that would build a sustainable future.
Today I feel exactly the same – albeit a little older, wiser and certainly a lot greyer. I’m excited about how new technology is driving change, and how what we are doing at LCMB today is perfectly placed to work alongside these new advancements – helping customers, their buildings and their people work smarter and deliver results, together driving a sustainable future.
To commemorate our anniversary you’ll notice we’ve refreshed the look and feel of LCMB to reflect our continued focus on efficiency and environmental sustainability, and throughout the year we’ll be celebrating in a number of ways to mark the occasion.
It’s been an amazing 15 years and I want to say thank you. Thank you to LCMB’s customers, team and partners – all of whom have made the last 15 years an incredible journey. And one that I am excited to see continue.
