LCMB are delighted to have secured an Innovate UK Knowledge Transfer Partnership with the University of Reading to improve our workplace performance platform “Thrive”.

The University will employ a KTP Associate who will work with the LCMB team over the next two years to improve the functionality of our workplace performance solutions by adding Artificial Intelligence and Machine learning to our evaluation and optimisation platforms.

“We’re really looking forward to working with Professor Li Shao and Dr Zhiwen Luo at the University of Reading on this exciting project. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Masters or PhD graduate to join us and make a difference. They will help our team deliver healthier, higher performing and more productive workplaces, buildings and estates that consume less resource and have less climate impact for our clients.”
