How to deliver more productive, healthier and happy workplaces

An overview of the latest thinking in improving workplace productivity and well-being based on Whole Life Performance Plus (WLP+) an Innovate UK and EPSRC funded project. John O’Brien is the Founder and MD of LCMB Building Performance Ltd, an Oxfordshire based building performance specialist. LCMB are the lead industrial partner for the WLP+ project, which is seeking to improve workplace productivity by 10% and reduce energy use by 30%. Rajat Gupta is Professor of Sustainable Architecture and Climate Change, Director of the multi-disciplinary Oxford Institute for Sustainable Development (OISD) and Director of Low Carbon Building Research Group at Oxford Brookes University (OBU).  OBU are the academic lead for WLP+.
