Rob is a Chartered Psychologist and Director of People Science for The People Experience Hub. His role involves helping clients to measure and improve the employee experience, thereby maximising the value of employee feedback. Rob has over 20 years of experience in ‘people’ roles including change, organisational development and HR leadership.

Bev is currently Director of HR at Nominet  – a profit with a purpose organisation who are the proud guardians of the .UK domain name registry and providers of cyber security capabilities that protect the UK government and global enterprises.  She has over 20 years experience working across a range of HR roles in retail, distribution, electronics and technology. A FCIPD HR Leader with broad experience across all HR disciplines including specialist programme delivery within Organisation Development, Employee Experience and Change. Bev is an HR leader who loves to collaborate with multi-cultural and diverse teams to deliver real change and effective results within global business environments.
