On the 25th September, LCMB hosted a joint workshop with the British Council for Offices (BCO) on the topic of “The Business Case for Productive, High Performing and Healthier Workplaces”. The workshop summarised the BCO’s world leading research on the topic such as Improving productivity in the workplace which was co-led by LCMB and Oxford Brookes University. The workshop then facilitated discussions on the business case for a productive workplace and what barriers organisations might face. The workshop was attended by some forty senior figures from corporations, developers, designers and agents, who participated in a lively discussion and debate.
Following the event, LCMB and BCO have produced a briefing note summarising the presentations and findings from the workshop, which has been published on the BCO website and you can download it here.
