LCMB are delighted to announce the addition to the team of Sean Brook who has joined the team as General Manager for Building Performance Solutions a new stream of the business which we are launching in 2015.
Sean brings a wealth of complimentary experience to our business, and is an expert in Building & Energy Management Systems (BEMS). He has overseen the surveying, auditing, design validation, project delivery and measurement and verification in over 700 installations across the UK with validated achieved savings totalling over £17M, these include redesign and commissioning of existing control strategies, extension of existing BMS systems, installation and integration of energy saving peripheral equipment and developing visualisation tools to deliver change management programmes within organisation own personnel.
