Building Performance Insights

Did you know today is Blue Monday?”. This the name given to the third Monday in January which has been coined as the most depressing day of the year.

To help lighten your mood today, why not enter our New Year competition and be in with a chance to win a Magnum of champagne or £100 Amazon gift card?. Just email [email protected] by 21st January and tell us what languages we have used for our new year’s message above and we will enter you into our prize draw. Good luck!

Once we all recover from Blue Monday, we can look ahead to a more positive 2022. The data is already suggesting that the Omicron Covid variant is less severe than previous variants and past its peak in the UK.

This means we are likely to see the current Plan B restrictions in England reduced from the end of this month. It’s now time to look ahead and plan for reoccupying our workplaces and learning to live with Covid by implementing the lessons of the last two years.

Our latest webinar covered “The Trends Destined To Impact Workplaces in 2022” and featured guests Rob Harris, Chair of the British Council for Offices (BCO) Technical Committee and Steve Kellett, Sustainability Manager for the property developer Argent LLP. You can read their thoughts on 2022 and view our webinar in our blog “How to be Agile, Adapt and Attractive in 2022”.

You can also read our thoughts on the trends in the year ahead in our blog from last year “The Megatrends that will impact your workplaces, buildings and estates in 2022”.

Best wishes for a safe year ahead and do get in touch if you’d like our support to make your workplaces, buildings and estates better performing and better places to be in 2022.

Warm Regards

John

LCMB's accelerated ROI audit

Too many organisations spend large sums of money on the wrong initiatives that generate a poor return or even a loss.

This is why we created the LCMB accelerated ROI audit. It cuts through the noise and quickly, clearly identifies the untapped performance improvement areas within your buildings.

The audit uncovers operational inefficiencies such as under-utilised space and facilities, as well as cost and energy reduction opportunities, and then provides a clear plan for realising potential.

By implementing the plan, we guarantee the audit pays for itself within 6 months and thereafter generates a positive return.

Contact John O’Brien on 01295 576 000  [email protected] to discuss how the LCMB accelerated ROI audit can improve your organisation performance and return on investment.
