LCMB welcomes new employees

Prior to joining LCMB in a full time capacity Tom completed his MSc in Energy and Sustainable Development at De Montfort University, and worked with LCMB on the Carbon Champions project. Tom has a background in academia, health, and human sciences, and has delivered projects with groups as diverse as Olympic athletes and NHS patients.

Tom’s arrival at LCMB brings a unique perspective to the organisation, looking at the impact of the built environment on the wellbeing and productivity of people in the workplace.

Cristina is an experienced consultant with over 10 years experience working within environmental management in the private and public sectors. She has expertise in advising a range of organisations to deliver cost and carbon efficiencies. With her skills in strategic development, technological expertise and process change, she delivers successful results often in challenging and time-constrained settings.

Cristina is focused on helping our clients minimise the carbon and energy used in operating their buildings to reduce the financial and environmental impact.
