Calista Eastwick-Field joined LCMB in June 2023 as our new Junior Sustainability Consultant.

A graduate from the University of Reading, Calista excelled in her studies, earning a distinction in Environmental Management MSc. Her academic achievements extended to a significant practical application of her knowledge. In her final year, Calista conducted an in-depth analysis of Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions for a local SME for her dissertation. The output of this project was the creation of a net-zero strategy for the business, demonstrating her ability to translate academic theory into tangible industry solutions.

Prior to her masters, Calista achieved a first-class degree studying Journalism, Media, and Culture at Cardiff University. Additionally, she worked as an Ecologist for three years in assistant and freelance positions, conducting Preliminary Roost Assessment (PRA) and activity surveys. Her diverse educational background and professional experience will provide valuable insights in her new role at LCMB.

In her new role at LCMB, Calista will primarily focus on sustainability initiatives, leveraging her expertise in environmental management and her passion for sustainable practices.
