Welcome to our October Building Performance Insights.

Our ambition at LCMB is to help our clients improve the performance and productivity of their buildings and estates, leading to better resources utilisation and bottom line performance.

We work with a diverse range of clients to improve their Facilities Management, Energy Management and Project Management approach across their buildings and estates and this edition highlights some of our work and research over the last few months.

Over the next few months we’ll be issuing further guidance on how to improve workplace productivity based on the outcomes of this research.

If you’d like to discuss how your buildings and estates can improve the performance of your organisation then do get in touch for an informal chat.

Performance Improvement for our Clients

LCMB recent projects range from procuring the Facilities Management solution to allow Tata Technologies to move into their new HQ in Leamington Spa to working with Birmingham Airport to deliver a step change in their energy performance.

"We enjoyed working with LCMB, we selected them because they clearly demonstrated their expertise when we were looking for a FM partner. They did a great job which helped us go live seamlessly, as planned. We are very proud of our new HQ and look forward to continuing to work with the LCMB team.”

Rob Robson – Vice President Human Resources, Europe, Tata Technologies

"LCMB are working with our teams at all levels to deliver a transformation in energy management which will secure lasting cost and carbon reductions for the airport. As an airport with ambitious growth plans it is vital that we both understand and continually find ways to reduce what is one of our largest controllable costs.”

Simon Richards, Chief Financial Officer, Birmingham Airport

LCMB's accelerated ROI audit

Too many organisations spend large sums of money on the wrong initiatives that generate a poor return or even a loss.

This is why we created the LCMB accelerated ROI audit. It cuts through the noise and quickly, clearly identifies the untapped performance improvement areas within your buildings.

The audit uncovers operational inefficiencies such as under-utilised space and facilities, as well as cost and energy reduction opportunities, and then provides a clear plan for realising potential.

By implementing the plan, we guarantee the audit pays for itself within 6 months and thereafter generates a positive return.

Contact John O’Brien on t: 01295 722823, e: john@lcmb.co.uk to discuss how the LCMB accelerated ROI audit can improve your return on investment.
