The Associate Director will head up the Thrive Workplace Performance Improvement team and be responsible for the ongoing development, scaling and commercialisation of the Thrive service within this rapidly growing market segment. The role will also involve managing our product technical development via our Knowledge Transfer Partnerships with the University of Reading, Henley Business School and the Business School at Oxford Brookes University.
