Do you know how to measure the performance of estates at your organisation? Do you need to build a business case for further initiatives? Are you curious how your estates compare to others?
By accepting our invitation to take part in the LCMB 2020 Built Environment Impact Audit you’ll be in a better position do this, and more. Click here to get started.
What is the LCMB 2020 Built Environment Impact Study?
It’s a mobile friendly, seven minute survey with multiple choice questions in five sections for you to share your views on the state of estates management in your organisation.
We’ll collate responses and generate an insightful report on the state of the Built Environment across all participating organisations, and offer you the option to see how your organisation stacks up against other participating organisations. Your individual responses are collated and drive the report but are not shared with any third parties.
What’s in it for you?
Your organisation’s staff productivity, carbon targets, cost reduction and risk profile are, to a large part, down to how well estates perform at your organisation. We’ll analyse the responses, generate insights, and develop a comprehensive actionable report, available in 2020 and published to participants in advance of general release.
You will also receive a benchmark assessment at the end of the survey that compares your organisation’s performance with other participants.
Why do we do it?
We want to provide insights for participants to improve estates performance and build a business case for investment if needed. Insights will
- Identify the most powerful practices used by leaders to make estates perform optimally.
- Provide practical recommendations on how to implement the powerful practices identified.
- Identify the extra value and savings that leaders achieve.
We all believe that this will give a lot of value back to the estates management community. If you have any questions or comments please let us know.
Please forward the survey to any members of your network that would benefit from participating and receiving a benchmarking assessment. As a thank you, one lucky participant will win a prize of their choice – a hot air balloon ride for two or an iPad. Three runners up will get afternoon tea for two at The Ritz.
