LCMB are looking to recruit a dynamic and passionate Senior FM Consultant to join our team.

As Senior Facilities Management Consultant you will be expected to:
- Work as part of the LCMB team to deliver FM Services, projects and solutions for existing and new customers
- Engage with our client organisations to understand their operations in detail and to develop and deliver solutions to improve our clients’ performance, solve their problems and make their buildings work harder
- Act as an advisor to our clients to assist them with procurement and operation of their third party FM services
- Develop and implement key account strategies to improve our service and sales to existing customers
