AXA
The Challenge
AXA had a very good FM service partner but needed to benchmark performance and refresh/revise the contract.
LCMB Solution
LCMB prepared a business case to help AXA decide if they should renegotiate the existing contract or test it in the open market. This included validating all asset detail and contract deliverables across the whole UK and Ireland portfolio and supporting the AXA in-house team to run a full market test on the contract. LCMB also helped to navigate and quantify the responses from the market to ensure that the bidders could deliver on AXAs requirements and to issue a recommendation on a best way forward to senior stakeholders.

National Express
The Challenge
National Express had an existing Hard FM contract in place but needed to benchmark performance and refresh/revise the contract. They wanted to open up to the market but needed support in doing so.

The Challenge
Tata needed to mobilise all FM support services due to building a new office.
