We are delighted that Steve Kellett, Sustainability Manager for the highly respected property developer Argent will be joining us as our guest. Steve works in property development as Argent’s Sustainability Manager. Argent – known for the regeneration of King’s Cross. He is responsible for driving environmental sustainability across Argent’s activities at a corporate and project level, Prior to this he has had experience across the built environment working in sustainability role with MACE and CBRE. He sits on the UK Green Building Council’s Member Advisory Group and lectures at the University of Westminister.
Also joining us is Rob Harris, the current chair of the British Council for Offices (BCO) Technical Committee. Rob is principal of Ramidus Consulting Limited, which he established in 2003 as a specialist, independent built environment research and advisory business. He has over 30 years’ experience specialising in real estate research and consulting.
Rob works with property investors, developers, advisors and policy makers, providing insights into property market dynamics resulting from social, economic, technological and business trends, and the changing needs of occupiers. Rob also advises corporate occupiers directly, preparing corporate workplace strategies.
This webinar will offer guidance and insight for Directors of Real Estate, Property, HR and their teams to help them prepare for the year ahead.
